I never saw the movie, The First Wives club, but that was the original title of this book! And there’s no revenge in it at all. Just the opposite.

This reminds me of The First Wives Club a movie made a book made into a movie but had so much revenge and bad vibes mixed in. I think your focus is more intriguing and gets more at the relationship parts.

I’m not into reality TV, either. Have never watched a single episode of a single reality TV show. Not one. But I love this whole True Vows idea. I expect it’s going to take off and fly!

Another amazing project! I’m not a fan of reality tv, but reality romance? Heck, yes!

Thanks for sharing the information on True Vows. Like you said, they can showcase some of the good that’s out there that often gets lost behind the rest of “reality.” And you can never share enough of what’s good!

Thanks for the shout-out, Tara! I’m very excited about True Vows and the books Julie, Alison and I wrote to launch this unique new romance series. On September 24th, I’ll be blogging here on the Ninc Blog about my experience writing MEET ME IN MANHATTAN, getting to know my hero and heroine, Ted and Erika, and transforming their real-life romance into an inspiring, emotional romance novel.

In the meantime, brava to Tara and the wonderful work she’s doing for battered women. I’m off to order a copy of The 1st Wife!
