		<description><![CDATA[I was always taught to say something good prior to noting a negative. Besides making it easier for the listener, it gave you a better perspective- you weren&#039;t coming from an all negative place.

It seems like a lot of people are confusing being rude with just &quot;telling it like it is&quot; (from their perspective). This seems especially true for those who can post these comments anonymously online.

Unfortunately, they also receive more attention for extreme negativity than for even handed reviews. For those people any attention is better than none.]]></description>
