Karen is amazing– she’s one of my favorite people. Not only is she a wonderful friend, who truly cares about her authors-like Jim said, but she is real. To me, that’s one of the greatest things about her–I know she is being real with me and will always be completely honest. I am thrilled to have the incredible opportunity to work with her.

Karen wouldn’t say this about herself, so I’ll say it. She’s as passionate about her authors as people as she is about us as writers.

Being with B&H is being part of a family. And Karen is our big sister we’re all in love with.
