Here are a few more. This is from a TV movie called Comfort and Joy that I watch every Christmas. There’s a time travel plot, with the heroine getting bounced back into the past at the end. She has a car accident and her future husband appears to see if she’s okay. It’s the first time they’ve met.

Her (adoration on her face): It’s you.
Him (confused): Yes, it is.

Her (still looking at him adoringly): I have always loved you.
Him: And I’m growing awfully fond of you.

Definitely when Julia Roberts tells Hugh Grant this in Notting Hill:

“After all, I’m just a girl, standing in front of a boy, asking him to love her.”

Gets me every time. I don’t know if romantic is exactly the right word as much as “true.”

Crystal, those are good ones. I love the quote from Dracula. Just thought of another I’ve always liked, but it’s funny instead of romantic. It’s what Cher says in the movie Moonstruck when Nicolas Cage tells her he loves her. This is after she slaps him. “Snap out of it!”

My all time favorite is from Dracula:
