I was up all night writing... and all night long, I was getting an email every couple of hours from a reader whom I named Over-Caffeinated Bob (if you're out there, Hi, Bob!) saying he had to go to work the next day, but he couldn't sleep without knowing how THE DESTROYER GODDESS ended, and he'd already been reading for hours, and PLEASE, PLEASE, wouldn't I just TELL him what happens so he could get some sleep! I refused, and Bob stayed up all night to finish the book. In revenge, he loaned it to a colleague at work. There's NOTHING I like better than keeping readers up too late.
