Instructions for reserving your room will be forwarded to you by Ninc’s Registrar, Kelly McClymer, upon receiving your first payment. You want to secure your hotel room as soon as possible.
Conference room rates are as follows:
The hotel will provide standard 2-double bed or standard king rooms (non-smoking) at the discounted group rate of $149 (plus state and local taxes) from October 24-28, 2012. You may have up to 4 people per room.
As a NINC conference attendee, you also will receive FREE in-room wi-fi as well as enjoy a 10% food and beverage discount at Mix Cocktail Bar and Kitchen at the hotel from October 24-28. Roll-away beds and refrigerators are available at $20/night.
The deadline for reservations is October 1, 2012.
If you need to cancel, this must be done before 6:00 p.m. 24 hours ahead of your first night, or your first night and tax will be charged.
There is a $75 fee for early departure without 24-hour notice.
